We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Service and Parts Individual to Manage our small but busy after-sales department.
While this is a management position, it is also very much a hands on position, where the ideal candidate will have automotive technical experience either as a technician or service advisor.
Duties will include dealing with all service and parts customers front of house; managing and overseeing all workshop activity; scheduling and managing the mechanical preparation of our sales cars; managing and processing of warranty claims with our franchise partners; managing and processing of warranty claims for our used car programmes and all other after-sales activity that we may engage in.
The position will include recruiting additional technicians as they are required.
The Ideal Candidate will;
- Have Strong Interpersonal skills
- Be an excellent communicator, both in person and over the telephone
- Have strong computer and IT skills
- Have prior automotive mechanical experience
- Ideally have prior experience using a DMS such as Autoview or Kerridge/Autoline/CDK
