Request a Callback

We invest heavily in both diagnostic equipment and online systems which allow us to carry out repairs on all makes and models, regardless of age or brand and without affecting in any way your car's manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee.

When we service any make of vehicle we strictly follow the relevant Manufacturer's service and operations schedule information at all times. We have live access to all of these schedules from TecAlliance, who provide official repair and maintenance information (RMI) for every current vehicle manufacturer in the World.

We also have official online access to the majority of vehicle manufacturer technical systems, as a result of EU block exemption regulations which de-regulated the vehicle service market several years ago (see further down this page for more information).

All work can be pre-estimated and quoted for in advance and we can communicate with you by email exclusively, including invoice issue, if you are on the move or unable to talk by telephone.

Brands we service and repair include Audi, Alfa Romeo, BMW, Bentley, Daimler, Ferrari, Honda, Hyundai, Jaguar, Jeep, Kia, Land Rover, Lexus, Maserati, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Opel, Porsche, Seat, Skoda, Subaru, Tesla, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo.

Call us today on 091-383000 or use our Book a Service form.

SERVICING YOUR CAR WITH US DOES NOT AFFECT ANY MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, HOW IS THAT?

WHAT PARTS DO WE FIT?

When it comes to parts, we only use OE (Original Equipment) Parts which are parts supplied from the vehicle manufacturer through to its dealer network; or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts which are parts that come from the actual part manufacturer itself (car makers don’t make parts, they make cars!).

Block Exemption Regulations (BER), which you can read more about below, saw the EU introduce laws aimed at safeguarding free competition in the entire market for vehicle spare parts, repair and service. Workshops no longer have to use vehicle manufacturer sourced parts to ensure a vehicle maintains its warranty. Parts can be sourced from any supplier as long as they are of appropriate or ‘matching’ quality. This means that the spare parts must match the quality of the components which are or were used for the assembly of the motor vehicles in question.

Because we are free to choose where we buy our parts (unlike a main dealer for any given brand who is contractually obliged to buy their parts that they sell on to you or me from their local brand distributor) we can oftentimes be substantially more competitive on parts pricing when compared to purchasing the very same part from a main dealer.

Additionally, as makes and models get older, many parts become available on the generic market. Once manufactured by an OEM brand (think Hella headlamps, Lucas electrics, Ferodo brakes etc.) they will be of equal quality but often substantially cheaper.

And because we are independent, we are free to give our customers a choice of parts where equal quality parts are available but at different prices.

We also have live, online access to EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog) systems for 95% of vehicle brands, allowing us to identify parts and part numbers in the very same manner as a main dealer for any brand. This allows us to repair your vehicle with full visibility on the correct parts and fitments.
