We can service your Audi, regardless of age, using the same level of technical information as that used in a main Audi dealership workshop and update your official Audi digital service history once completed. And all the while maintaining any Audi factory warranty that your car may have.
This is because we
are registered on erWIN (Aftersales Online System) which is VW Group's official
system for all things AUDI Service. We can access and use information such as
Digital Service History, Technical Campaign Information, Software Updates and
Module and Control Unit Programming in the very same way as an AUDI authorised workshop
can. We can even advise if your vehicle has any manufacturer
recalls outstanding. So when we service your AUDI we strictly follow the
relevant Audi service and operations schedule information at all times.
And once we
complete your Audi service we can update your cars Digital Service History on
the official Audi digital service history system and provide you with a printed copy.
See below a link to where we explain how servicing your AUDI with us keeps your Audi Manufacturer Warranty valid
Bought your Audi in
the UK? We can access all of its previous Audi dealer service history and update
it for the work we carry out!

When it comes to parts we use, we use both AUDI supplied parts and also OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts.
Audi doesn't just produce high-quality performance vehicles out of thin air. It relies on an extensive and impressive supplier network to provide the inputs for final assembly. These include Luk (suspension), Bosch (sensors), Continental (transmissions, tyres), Mahle / Mann / Bosch (engine components, air & liquid management systems, valve train parts), ATE, Brembo, TRW, Continental (brakes), GKN (driveline assemblies), Delphi (battery & electric charging components), Valeo (camera & assistance systems), Nvidia (in car entertainment) and many many more.
The reason we list these is that these parts manufacturers, and many more, also sell parts they manufacture for Audi cars directly into the after-sales market. We source these parts from the wholesale market and in most instances at substantially reduced prices to those of Audi main dealers.
Because we are independent, we can often give our customers a choice of part brands allowing our customers to make informed and sensible decisions based on their individual requirements and needs while saving money!
We also have live, online access to Audi's EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog) systems allowing us to identify parts and part numbers in the very same manner as a main Audi dealer. This allows us to repair your vehicle with full viability and information on the correct parts and fitments.
If you would like to receive a quotation for any repair please fill in the following form. Our system will acknowledge your request and we will be back to you the same or next working day with a quotation.
